LSFR and LSPD responded to a mansion on fire, where two locations of visible fire was seen. On was at the source, the window, and the second by the door way. LSFR requested a second alarm when the fire spread to the upper levels catching the roof on fire. LSPD was on scene gathering neighbors statements, most of them said the mansion has been vacant for over 3 years sense the owner died, gang related. Currently LSPD has not said the fire was intentional or not, currently LSFR findings state that a 3 year old bulb broke and ignited a old curtain and spread.
Currently the city is now planning to demolish the property and make a community pool in its burnt place.
